面试问题千百种, 临机应变拔头筹!
面试官除了会就应聘者的生活和工作态度提问之外,有时甚至会提一些问题来考察应聘者解决问题及临时应变的能力。 例如: Suppose that you were a director, how would you handle that if the work performance of your subordinates was unsatisfactory? 假设你是一位主管,对于下属工作表现不理想,你通常如何处理?
面试官其实是想了解你的管理技巧如何、面对问题时的态度,及解决问题的能力。工作团队中有表现不尽如人意的员工,这种情况管理者几乎都曾遇到过,可以试着将过去的实例坦诚相告。
